Le parc des Lilas est un grand parc départemental à Vitry-sur-Seine, dans le Val-de-Marne, entre avenue Lemerle-Vetter et le secteur Mario Capra. Espace naturel en ville, aussi lieu de rencontres discrètes en soirée et la nuit, avec plusieurs coins à l’écart des allées principales. Fréquentation plutôt masculine / gay, surtout après 20 h. Accès principaux côté rues Mario Capra / Lemerle-Vetter ; parking à proximité. Lieu public fréquenté le jour par promeneurs et familles : discrétion et respect des autres usagers indispensables.
